Shipping:
Please be sure your address is correct. Items will be mailed out within 2-3 days and will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are listed with each item and are combined for multiple item purchases. Domestic (USA) shipping will ship Priority Mail with generally arrives in two to three days, but is not 'guaranteed' to arrive in that time frame.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Orders are typically sent via First Class Mail. That type of mail is quite reliable and is the most economical.
First Class International Mail Tracking is now provided for packages destined for the following countries: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland.
International First Class Mail, depending on where you're located, can take two to four weeks to arrive. Mail can sometimes get delayed in Customs.
Returns:
Our focus is to make each shopping experience pleasant and trouble free, however, we recognize there may be a time when it will be necessary to exchange an item purchased from us. Bjorkman Creations will gladly exchange items purchased from Bjorkman Creations web-store as long as the item is returned within 14 days of the original ship date. The item must be in unused condition with the original tags attached.
All returns require prior authorizations and Bjorkman Creations does not offer cash refunds for returned items or canceled orders. Bjorkman Creations does not offer returns or exchanges on any custom orders.
